At SOFABED, we want you to love your new furniture; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unassembled, like-new condition.
Initiate Your Request

Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Schedule a Pickup

Inspection and Refund
